Does anyone know what the rules are for marriage now? I guess they don't have a marriage packet anymore so no idea what to expect.

What state are you inquiring about and yes they still do give out marriage packages.

Its in the wisconsin section so i would assume its that state but sorry i have no information.

I'm in WI and he was just told this week by the social worker that they no longer have marriage packets. I guess maybe I will call her and see what I can find out because I guess I need to do most of what needs to be done.

Here's what I know, but it could be wrong depending on where your guy ends up. I know you have to be on his visiting list (I believe for a year in some places), you have to go through mandatory counseling for six months, and you have to pay for that. Your guy will have to put in the request and wait to be approved before anything can happen.
