it's almost my pp's birthday and i was wondering if im aloud to send him a birthday card (you know, something like a hallmark card)
i already know you're not aloud to send inamtes cards that includes batteries, but what about regular birthday cards?
since it's Texas, you never know!

Depends what department of corrections he is in though i sent my PP in Angola a hallmark card with Happy birthday but no 3-D images on it nor any musical attachments if in doubt you can try and call the mail room

As long as it is a regular birthday card with no plastic, musical parts or glitter on it you will be fine to send it.
