Two days ago, I got a totally unappropriate message from a certain

which I have never seen on WAP and she sent me a sexually provocative message that I could only delete with a lot of trouble and her name does not disappear completely from my inbox. It keeps saying I deleted this message. So A) I don't want to receive this kind of spam and B) I want to block her and remove her from my PM's.

Can you tell me how I can do this?
