To The Commissioner of The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision

We Petition The NYSDOCCS to reverse the decision on banning Donna Sorge-Currao from visiting her Husband Thomas Currao at Sullivan Correctional Facilty. Thomas recently had a suicide attempt and overdosed on drugs... being that Donna was his last visit, NYSDOCCS has held her responsible for his access to the drugs. She received a letter stating that her visit have been revoked indefinitely, because he was in a secured location (SHU) and that it is alleged that there was no other way for Thomas to get the drugs he ingested. There is no evidence that she slipped him anything... This decision was made with no evidence at all! The decision to revoke Donna's visits indefinitely was based solely on speculation. Since the revocation of her visits Thomas has tried to commit suicide again at the news of him loosing visits with wife. We ask that you review all evidence.. Camera's, and interview visit room officers and if you can not prove that Mrs. Donna Currao was the cause of Thomas Currao's overdose, please restore her visiting privileges immediately!
