    i'm the same way, i'll tell myself not to put too much on my food, then i think ohhh! i can handle it!, yeah right lol. i end up with my eyes watering so bad i can't see and my mouth on FIRE! my step dad used to make hot sauce for the ribs and other stuff he cooked on the grill for fourth of july.
