To the ladies and men who are married to or romantically involved with incarcerated people, i commend you. Your relationships ( any relationships in fact) must be tough enough at times without these stupid stereotypes chucked into the mix.
Yes, i do realise that there are people who enforce these stereotypes, however i was lurking long enough to know that the majority of the above on this site are deffo not these people! !

heard all this before first i would like to say i am married to a guy on dr and we have been together 11 years i can say that i am no way insecure or disfunctional if a from what you read my man can give me the love and support and what we and my husband have then i would have a chosen a free man our comments are only what you read not what you know [I] dont support him with money in fact he gets a food package every 3 months and he sends me money my marriage is not built on guilt but built on love trust honesty i am not a sad lonely insecure person i have proberly got a lot more than u will ever have

I'd say the best authority about anyone's relationship, incarcerated or otherwise are the 2 people in that relationship.

Only thing is.....After a little thought, i think the original poster is right you know, i thinks it's a good way to find love for a few reasons........

1. At least you know where your man is at all times.

2. You don't have to clean up after him.

3. When you put something in the fridge you know it will be there when you return.

Just to name a few, i guess others would have a little more to add, but that's a starter.......LOL

- we don't know each other
- we are exchanging by writing on a regular basis
- we are laughing, thinking, advicing, helping
