As for your question ... yes, inmates are allowed to receive pictures. It's different from prison to prison how many pictures you can send them in one envelope. Most prisons don't allow to send in polaroids. And it is also not allowed to send in pictures that show weapons, nudity and in some cases also alcohol. Easiest way to find out about it is just to ask your pps.

If you're up for it, you can google the prison they are in to find their web page. They put up some info on their do's and don'ts on what you can and cant mail.
Other then that best bet is to ask your PP

Welcome to WAP. Florida resticts mail to 5 photos per letter as do other states. Most allow dressed family shots. Best wishes on your new adventures.
