WU won't send money straight to a DOC or a FBOP from here (NL), So I usually transfer money from my account to my best friend or a buddy of mine, and they sends it to my pp's through Western Union. I have 2 pp's that I send money to (one in a DOC and one in federal). The Western Union here doesn't support Quick Collect, blegh.

I do know that Western Union offers a service to send it online with your creditcard.
