Hello! Does anyone have information about DOC number? I am trying to find my inmate friend's doc number but all i can find is TOMIS number. Is TOMIS number enough to send letters? Please somebody help me (He is currently in RMSI)

RMSI where? What state? What country even?

Why not try calling the institution and asking what his inmate number is?

RMSI is in Tennessee, in the USA. I can't call because im not a friend whom he knows, i don't know if they are still willing to give the number. And the other problem is I am not really good at speaking English (I'm not from the USA), isn't there any other ways to find out the doc number?

You can put his TOMIS number beside his name and he will receive the letter. It worked when I mailed a letter to a TN DOC inmate.
