Daily Telegraph! How big is it? I am sending my man an article from it which takes up a whole page.

I seem to recall that Texas has a rule about items not being longer than 18 inches - was it sunray's wench who mentioned this?

I have nothing to measure with here. I'm guessing it's longer than 18 inches (it's the broadsheet version).

Is a folded newspaper article acceptable even if the opened out article is more than 18 inches?

I've only ever sent him snippets and small articles before but he wants the whole of this one.

Iv sent K a page before from the courier when it was bigger and that paper was big..its smaller now but anyway he got it. It was a whole page article so I just folded it and he got it ok.

Telegraph is as big as the Guardian, which is the one I send hubby the double middle picture pages from. You should be OK sending it.

Coffield's mailroom said no bigger than 18 inches on the longest side, but you know that TDCJ mailrooms have their own discretion on these things.

This is good. If a double middle picture got into Coffield then a single page should make it to McConnell.

I didnt even realise that was the case on some units. The Courier is about as big as The Guardian too maybe a wee bit bigger. Well it used to be its changed now and that got onto Beto no bother.
