I feel your pain, my main PP is in Texas and I haven't heard from him for awhile. Another one joins the 'Texas Mail Problems' club. Waiting sucks, especially once too much time passes, every day feels like a month, I know the feeling. Best of luck& I hope you hear from him soon!

You know touch wood but there hasnt really been major problems with where K is and the letters.Only one thing just recently he wasnt getting my mail but his have been getting here no problem.

Still haven't received but mail doesn't come on weekends.

I got a letter this weekend that took 2 weeks to get here. What I did notice is that it was postmarked 5 days after he wrote it. Normally they are postmarked the next working day.

At least one of my letters didn't make it my pen pal in Polunsky. I only know that because he didn't say anything about some things I wrote and he said he never read about them. Good thing I asked because I thought he just didn't want to answer the questions.

yeah, that happens. in fact, it's happened to us twice. they weren't letters that were lost, just notes and 20 pictures (10 each time) that he never got.

Letters with documents about how to transfer out of Texas and the Sunset Commission's review of TDCJ seem to "get lost" too.

My man and I number the outside of each of our envelopes (Letter# 31, etc. Mailed 05/13/12) and keep track of those numbers in a notebook so we know right away if something is missing. It's worked really really well.

Still nothing. Almost at a month now in a couple days.
