so i decided to write a letter to an inmate at pelican bay and sent a picture becuase i read that if you it gives them a better picture of who you are.. anyway i didnt write his name or number on the back because i didnt know if i should.. but now im wondering will he get it ?

I've written to someone at Pelican Bay before and sent many pics. I honestly cannot remember if I managed to write his name and number on the back of each one. I think you should be okay unless he's in SHU and even then, might be okay. I always try to remember to do that but I think I have probably left it out at times by mistake.

It should be fine, don't worry I don't have a pp in Pelican Bay but I've sent photos to pps in other prisons without writing their name or number and they got it just fine.

it will probably still get to him, but it's best to write their name and number on the back, i put A.'s name and number on pics. and anything else i send besides cards and letters. don't worry about it
