I read his story and I am sure they got the wrong person...followed his case since long time...and ever hoped that this day will never come...I am deeply sad.

When will this killing have an end?

I'm gutted ,angry, hurt and saddened by this case. I really thought Gov. Perry would have seen sense but I have still to find out any news on the ruling being considered yesterday.

I guess in this case no news is NOT good news for I am sure someone would be shouting very loudly if a stay had been granted.

I can't begin to imagine what Kenneth and his family are going through right now, I don't even know him and I find myself thinking about him all the time. I can not begin to describe the emotions that this guy and his story has made me feel. I am so churned up, and it's funny because I would never have thought that a prisoner I don't write to could grab my heart like this.

I will continue to hope for a positive outcome to all this. Even though right now it seems a miracle needs to happen. I hope that with all the family's campaigning and the fact that quite a few Texas newspapers have now said that it would be wrong to execute him that this execution does not go ahead.

What does this mean for the Justice System that a man can die for a murder he didn't commit? :eek:

I really struggle I saw and knew a DR inmate . Who was innocent proven prior to his execution but of course our "Tuff on crime nuts" killed him anyways so the real killer is free to my knowledge yes Justice ! . and died at the cold heartless hands of the state , mostly because it never wants to be seen as wrong . With this one it is very wrong Kenneth foster does not deserve to die he is not clairvoyant. He could not know what would transpire . The law of parties is immoral it is wrong to punish a man for another's crimes Oh that twisted logic makes so much sense .
I am anti DP anyways it solves nothing and kills in my name .
It should be noted that the killer was already executed how much blood does both the state and that family want . They and TX seems out for blood this is well beyond any excuse of a punishment and it is revenge and blood lust Yeah it is blood lust pure and simple . OH let me go out on a limb and toss in race as MR Foster is black ,would a white man get the DP for the same thing Not a chance . nothing more . Enough is enough It is wrong to kill so we will kill to prove it yeah that makes sense

FWIW if TX applied the law equally a certain well know residnet of TX who killed her BF in a drunken rage should share MR Fosters fate .

If anyone has some ideas or suggestions on what I can do living in TX in regards to the DP,, I am not that far a drive to bring it personally to the correct officials in Austin Tx,,,

Seems they listen more to actual signatures and letters with name,,addy and ph nums and a short" statement,, then do petitions off internet,,, then they know it is real and other countries too,, can make them think ,,,not just us here in the states. Delivered in person helps too,, and willing to do,,,
