I recently watched this movie about a high school shooting - has anyone seen it?

It wasn't based on any one particular incident but I did it look up some of the news and heard that this is happening all the this over there in the US - it also involved the shooters playing violent videogames beforehand.

Does anyone have an opinion on this? Do you think that violent TV/videogames contribute at all to this type of behaviour?

Interested in any comments, I know that it's a touchy subject.

I personally don't think that violent films/computer games contribute directly to peoples behaviour - however I recently read an article about people who killed others or committed suicide after listening to certain types of music. They left suicide notes saying that it was to do with the song thwy were listening to at the time. I found that a bit strange - how lyrics to a song can be so powerful that someone would want to take theit own life aftr listening to it.

There are so many different influences that make up someones life, I myself would find it very difficult to 'blame' one direct thing.
