What does your PP think of prison movies? Or your partner, if you married or are engaged to your PP? Do they like them, or is it too painful and too close to home to watch?

I tried to reply to this earlier and I kept getting booted out. LOL
My special pal says that the movies are not all that realistic but they also moniter all the movies that they can see, no nudity, certain violence cant be seen and stuff like that.

Friends in your life are like pillars on your porch.
Sometimes they hold you up and sometimes they lean on you.
Sometimes it's just enough to know they're standing by.

In 6 years of incarceration they have only shown one movie at my PPs prison. It was the recent controversial one about the crucifixion of Christ.
The prison doesn't want to spend the money to hire extra guards for crowd control.

Malcolm X, he loved that movie and the message he found within.
Prison break is laughable, for obvious reasons.

Most of my pps LOVED Shawshank Redemption, for obvious reasons. And having gone before the parole board for many years on behalf of one pal of mine, I cheered when Morgan Freeman told them what he REALLY thought and was granted parole.
They all say Prison Break is unrealistic.
