Free to relocate?
In browsing the ads, I see some phrases used over and over, and some that I don't understand. A lot of people use the phrase "free to relocate." I always thought that a person was always supervised when they left a prison, even if only a short amount of time. Do they really just cut some people loose?
BTW, I see a lot of these that look like the people have satisfied the court with their time. There is listed a maximum sentence and a minimum sentence. Some of these have completed the minimum sentence--ten to fifteen years, nothing minimum about that. They say (and some seem to be legitimate) that their time is served and that they are getting out.

It is my understanding that in Califioria, you can do 80% of your time as long as you stay out of trouble. The catch is that when you are released, you have parole for a few years. The prisons here are filled with parole violators. My pp says that it's like a revolving door in there. If the're on Parole, they can still go where they want but the problem is that the state that they go to has to agree to assume responsibility for monitoring their parole. That said, there are not many states willing to take on the hassles or expense.I think that the only way your doing to just get cut loose is to either serve all of your time,or get TB or some other infectious and expensive desease.

NO, there are alot , like my PP once she is out she can go with me. NO reporting no nothing at all. There are people that want to get away and they will go were you are out on state to the next. As for time diffrerence, Max and Min, if they get like 10 to 15 years there will be a time, differance. they dont always get out in min time.

You will see this relocate " yes please", they want to get away and anyplace but around there will do. Like Cal. you have to do 80% other places the % if differ. average the two dates and that is close, to there out date.
