One of my pp requested some panty pic off the net and I sent them. Most got through but in the last month, I have gotten two letters from the mail room saying they were sexually explicit and wouldn't be allowed. What church lady in Texas made up this stupid rule. They were not sexually explicit. Would they rather have their inmates humpin' the TV/TS and punks that they turn out?
