Hi Tia,
I've found it is never a good idea to write to two inmates in the same facility or even state. Even though your letters are casual, it eventually causes problems between the two, which has led to physical altercations.
My advice would be to write to your first one, and tell the second one that you will find him a PP. The secons one is trying to make a competition out of it, and he sounds just a little immature.

Stick with what you know!!! SCOTT!
Let look at the facts!, inmates don't have pens paper and stamps falling down a chimney.. I'm sure if he wanted to stop writing to you he would!.. and if he wants you on his visitor list that says enough!...
'Jesse' on the other hand you don't know, and to be honest, (as requested) I don't think you should, as I said stick with what you know.. you tried to help, and look what happened? you've done your part...
If it was me, I'd write back to Jesse saying something like that I was thankful hor his letter and would (if you wish!) like to get to know him more and continue to correspond, but would insist on keeping your relationship with the pair of them separate, no need for one to talk about the other.
Like V just said, I also don't write to guys in the same facility.
I have to agree with Vanessa and Coyote. #1, it's a bad move to write to two guys in the same prison.
#2 it sounds like Jesse is playing mind games and trying to put thoughts into your head. Stick with Scott. He may not be the prettiest, but it sounds like he is the steadiest and most likely to stick with a relationship.
Good luck and happy writing.

Writing to two inmates at the same facility can be very tricky. It's all about jealousy, even if it's "only" a friendship. Friends are something special for inmates, because friends from the outside world are very rare sometimes. And when friends are rare anyway, it's even harder to share friends with someone else and especially at the same facility. I even don't write to two inmates in the same state, because one of them could be moved to the prison where the other is.
What I would do is, keeping my first pen pal and looking for someone who is willing to write to the other one.
