That doesn't sound very good. Did all of them come from the same webpage? If you used the email letter method, maybe they were late going out. If they are in Florida, you know there are some problems with the prison mail down there.

I live in FL and wrote to someone in AZ and got a letter back within 7 days. Were all your letters to the same place in FL? They are having a big debate over it so if you wrote where you found them from they may have gotten thrown away. Some of their mail systems suck too so...they may have just recieved your letter. Hope you hear something soon.

I know 3 weeks is a long time but just give it another week. There could be a number of reasons why you haven't heard anything yet. The prison mail system does not work the way your regular post office works.

Hey, Why don't you go to the post office and put a trace on your letters? If they were delivered to the prison but not delivered to the prisoner you can instigate a postal investigation. Screwing with the mail is a Federal offense.

I'm pretty sure those prison guard guys are pretty much "above the law" when it comes to screwing with the mail...heh heh.

Three weeks is a long time, but several people said they would write my son who is in a ca. prison and as of tuesday when I talked to him he had not recieved any letters. This has been over some weeks as well. Guessing, I would say it's a problem in the mail room. I'm sure you'll get replies soon. tommy toes

If it has always been that long for mail to be delivered is one thing, but maybe other states are monitering the mail also, besides just Florida. You know if one state does something about it, more will follow. So something could be going on that we all don't realise.
    Just a thought
