I remember once, seeing a tv talkshow that was about women who write to prisoners, serial killers and death row inmates. Just wondering if anyone here has ever been on such a talk show about this?

John walsh a few months ago contacted some penpals for a interveiw for his show but as far as me nope and i wouldnt go on a talk show becuase for a simple fact some of the TV shows i have seen critisize the penpal system

Actually, there was a feature on the A & E show 'Love Chronicles' about men writing to women a few years ago. That was somewhat balanced. But a couple of weeks ago, the Fox show 'The Pulse' did a feature on the same thing and I thought they presented it in a rather positive light. It even featured a couple of success stories and one not so successful one.
