    Default Ladies need help!

I received letters today from both of the guys I'm writing to. The one, as usual is very funny, honest and a sweetie... I'm having problem writing to the second one. I sent him a lengthy chatty letter, responding to things he said, asking questions about the books he's reading etc. He writes ) seems like a few do, thoughts, poetry, feelings etc. Instead of sending me a response to my letter, he sent me very deep writings that are very emotional. I'm sorry, but I don't know how to respond.

Wow, I'm not very sure how you should respond either. Like give me an example of what kind of feelings he wrote.

Nade, take a few days to let it sink in and get some understandings of what the letters probably mean to him that he gets from you..perhaps he has a feeling that you will understand him, or perhaps he has been so alone for so long that all the emotions just come pouring out in a letter because he finally has someone to talk to.... many times inmates keep every thing bottled up inside when they are incarcerated because they often times cannot show feelings on the inside for fear of being labeled weak, and thus, being picked on. So, when us out here get a letter full of so much pent up emotion, often times we dont know what to say.... Your not alone in that matter I can assure you. Take a few days and think about how you want to respond, and I am sure he will value your response. Best of luck to you always.

    Thanks for responding....
The one page...mmm all sorts of feelings. I'll quote one "Egos revealed for their emptiness as there remains nothing to feast upon - no substance to be found in the audience of others here" another "Realities final home, a dwelling that only exhibits the semblance of grays. Dreams, fantasies, hope and love are mere visitors....for the residents it's a house of soul mirrors.

    heavy stuff

Hi Nade. It doesn't sound like you even need to respond to the actual writings. I would just send some stories about your days and way of life. BTW, that is excellent writing! He sounds like he's trying to put his innermost thoughts down and you are a kind person to whom he can vent. Can you say who your pal is? If you don't want to post it but if you want email instead tijo1973@hotmail.com.

Anyway, good luck with your pal! :O)

I agree with Kimbra. Just wait a few days read the letter over again in case there is anything you missed and then write back to him.
