Hello,
I'm really new to this. I have been communicating with a man in the Mansfield Correctional Institiution and see that he has a release date of 10/1/09 and a hearing scheduled for 08/09. He was originally sentenced to "death row" but that sentence was changed to life.
Can I get hopeful that he will be released 10/1/09 regardless of the 08/09 hearing?
He's been incarcerated since 1978.

i don't know where mansfield is but i'm kinda guessing if he got death and now has life in prison he stands no real chance of parole but there are more knowlegeable people on here than me

Hi I write to a man in Warren Corr Institution who has been sentenced to Life with parole chance in Nov 2022. I am moving to Michigan soon from Florida and hope to visit him some day.
