How can they be so racist ? Every colour is beautiful ! I live in Germany and
my ancestors were mainly Nazis but our country has changed. I don`t
understand why the americans that threw bombs onto Germany and fighted
against Racism allow racism to happen in their country. They destroy
Afghanistan and always interfere in other countries stuff... but are a state
of corruption themselves ?!

This flag tells of blood, of wounded knee, of the ku-klux-clan.
Sometimes I`m so disgusted by humanity... Maybe the flag should be changed
and instead there should be humans of many races on it that
each other...

I hope my best to your son. Have a

Thank you! I agree that every color is beautiful! Unfortunately, not evceryone feels that way. If they would at least try, and then try again maybe the world would "begin" to be a better place with less corruption in the legal system and everywhere else for that matter.

I have faith regardless of the hate in some hearts. I sometimes am guilty of that anger. I know that it can consume an individual to the point of no return it may seem. But I fight that anger even when it is against my sons whom I love more than anything, so that I can find the truth and bridge the gaps in society.

We have all this time on earth that is a gift to us, yet we abuse it. Some of us I do not speak for everyone, but anyone reading would know if it applies to them. I know that my life has not been a bowl of cherries and I have made some mistakes that have been costly in my time here on earth. I have to ask for giveness, then hope and pray and work towards a better future for all of us. One person, plus one more person, and so on, and so on, could do wonders for this world!
Put hate and racism and all of the evil and legal corruption where it belongs, in the trash!

Money and/or power should not lead toward corruption in the legal system or hate or racism.

But it does.
I pray for all.
Be Blessed!

Hi, I totally disagree with this statement you made:
"The fact is that blacks are treated unfairly in the judicial system period a lot of the time, and this particular time was no different."

I think the people is prison are ALL types, and sometimes it seems like blacks are
treated unfairly because the blacks that are guilty and in prison were actually easier to catch for the most part, due to the facts of poverty, and where one lives. Yes it helps to have a better attorney, but you said the facts were such that the prosecutor offered 3 years in a plea agreement attempt. You son knew the amount of years for his particular felony, and that be going to jury trial he was, in effect rolling the dice.
You said he was set up, well blame who set them up in the first place, not the proceedings, not the court, not the jury.
The facts must of been there, or this would not of happened in my opinion.
I have worked in prisons, and I have read the files on most prisoners in the areas I came in contact with. Not all were in or from Muskegon, MI; they were from all over the state.
And the facts in those files were pretty bad in most cases, meaning they belonged in prison.
I would be interested in his sentencing guidelines also.
Very rarely does someone go to prison for his first offense. It happens, but usually only when the crime really shows it needs to happen.
Just a few new thoughts for you maybe?
If you have had other attorneys look over his information, then surely he has applied for an apeal? Or not, because there is a time limit to do that also.
An appeal has to be based on blatant misjustice, will the jurors you met wrtie the Judge and let them know how they felt about having to come to a verdict? Or were they just trying to make you and themselves feel better?
How good a person he is and how much he is loved by others, while important, is overlooked in view of the facts in the case. Which he was evidently set up for rather well.
I am not trying to offend you, I understand how you feel for sure.
I worked the visiting room often, and you are not the only one that feels that way for sure.
Take care

I think the people is prison are ALL types, I agree.and sometimes it seems like Seems like? Seems like?!? Lots of time, for the record, blacks are treated unfairly, prejudiced against, and killed. It is a very sad, and important fact!blacks are
treated unfairly because the blacks that are guilty and in prison were actually easier to catch for the most part, due to the facts of poverty, and where one lives.you are kidding, right? That or naive. What does where they live have to do with them getting caught? What does poverty have to do with them being easier to catch? Are you kidding? Yes it helps to have a better attorney, but you said the facts were such i did not say the "facts" is what caused them to make the offer.that the prosecutor offered 3 years in a plea agreement attempt. You son knew the amount of years for his particular felony, and that be going to jury trial he was, in effect rolling the dice. Meaning? My son, whom you do not know and are making assumptions about, had no idea what this crime would entail as he is innocent and did not plan this at all. Once he was told what was going to happen (to a degree), he made the best decision a 19 year old who had never been into any trouble and was not raised in a poverty stricken area could. With little to no advice from anyone let alone hs attorney.
You said he was set up, well blame who set them up in the first place, not the proceedings, not the court, not the jury.ALL are to blame for what "their" part in it was that was wrong. I only blamed people for what they did or did not do. I put blame where it is, not where I want it to be.
The facts must of been there, or this would not of happened in my opinion.Your opinion, I am sad to say, is too little and too late. It means nothing, especially coming from someone who has no idea what happened and has no details about this matter.
I have worked in prisons, and I have read the files on most prisoners in the areas I came in contact with. Not all were in or from Muskegon, MI; they were from all over the state.
And the facts in those files were pretty bad in most cases, meaning they belonged in prison.Everything you read is not necessarily true or facts.
I would be interested in his sentencing guidelines also.I bet you would
Very rarely does someone go to prison for his first offense. Not true. Do some more research. That is a belief of some and not an accurate one at that. It happens, but usually only when the crime really shows it needs to happen.

I am not trying to offend you, You did, and you seem to have wanted to by reading your words. Now, you contradict yourself.I understand how you feel for sure. You have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER how I feel now, or then.
I worked the visiting room often, and you are not the only one that feels that way for sure. I am sure I am not as there are too many injustices being done and swept away as meaningless, or more!
Take care
As should you. (smile) Incredible!
