Does anyone know if they recently changed the time served on one year? I know that it was 7.5 months served per year sentenced, but has that changed? I know the work credit changed as of July 1, from 5 days off the sentence for each month worked to 7 days off the sentence. I'm just trying to figure out about when my fiance will be home. He was sentenced in December, but had three months in before he was sentenced. As of right now, his out date is November 2009. He got three years, but he started working in March. It's only two days more per month, but when it all adds up, that's like two or three weeks sooner to him being home with us.
