QUEENSLAND'S Attorney-General Kerry Shine has lost an appeal to have a serial pedophile returned to jail.
The Attorney-General argued in the Queensland Court of Appeal that Raymond Yeo, 62, should be put back behind bars because he was still a danger to the community.
