I sent the parole packet to the parole board for my son. It had a letter from my son's employer guaranteeing a job, a program for my son when he is released here in Sacramento, counseling spiritual and otherwise, leers from friends and family giving support, from his church, and pictures of my son interacting with his family, and especially with his son.

i was suppose to be at his hearing on December 3rd but at the last minute was unable to make it due to the weather and money. I was suppose to drive from Sacramento, California to Ionia, Michigan, but there is so much snow and I don't have enough money to make it there and back in that type of weather.

It is very disappointing and sad. I would have been there as a representative and support for my son Victor. It would probably not have mattered to the parole board regarding their determination one way or another, but it sure would have mattered to Victor and to myself.

I am very unhappy about that. I would have been able to visit Victor after the hearing also for the very first time since he has been in prison. He has had no visitors since he has no family there.

I will go in January instead and visit Victor, God willing. There is a reason for everything. I could see the hearts of those who wrote letters to the parole board in each of those letters. I could feel God's touch in that Parole Packet when I sent it to the Parole Board. It was a lot of work.

I have a lot of faith and know that it will be ok. I just wish he were home now.

Thank You! I appreciate that very,very much. Have a blessed day! It will be 3 weeks before I hear anything and I did hear from the lawyer handling the appeal. He said that it woold be about a year or so for that to take off.
I am expecting great things to happen for my son in the name of Jesus. Gotta' have faith right? (smile) Of course we do!
