 Re: Inmate To Inmate Correspondence Angola does not allow inmate to inmate correspondence i know this as my PP has 2 brothers in the same prison one is on the same tier but as they are all on CCR the closest he gets is by hollering up/down the tier and the other they only get together if they have a shared visit they don't ask me to pass messages to the other nor would i as i like Skye would hate for him to lose any priveleges due to my negligence its bad enough being in prison without having your mail restricted
