It's annoying how vastly the r&r's differ from prison to prison...my pp in OR can call my cell phone non-collect yet my pp in IL can't even call overseas. It's gutting, seeing as when he was in the ADX in CO he could call me then, now he's in a slightly lower security complex we can't talk to each other!
