| As he and Malvo did their killing spree, iīm sure none of them did care about the worth of any human life (especially the real victims lifes). Obviously could we do the same, we could deny to care about the worth of Muhammads life, but would we be better ? No, we would sink into the same primitive level they had in their minds. This is what we shouldnīt do. By the way Peanut, we both know that a killing is everytime inhumanly, no matter who carries it out. I understand all the anger and disgust about what they have done but in my eyes has the societal ethics a higher value than DP. Whether Muhammad gets killed or not has no real influence to the societies safety. |

| I do care about all human life Andreas, including other inmates and staff. The natural lifetime of those so extreme is too long to have even one more chance to put another life at stake, and LWOP and in a cage is more barbaric at times for some. No one should feel happy when one is murdered, it is dark and sad, but there are limits we have to ensure alls welfare and the LI is the most humane we can do, to someone who never was humane in the method or reasoning for killing so many. It is so twisted to me when one is really guilty, and they are afraid to die? After killing so many with I repeat no court no jury just for the hades of it? It is so barbaric to me in another case to place the guilty inmate on the stand to tell of how it hurt to try to get the IV in him to start to carry out the DP, is something going terribly wrong with this all? Yes, first wrong they should not have attempted for hours to do this, that was wrong, This was rare, so now using that for a reason t totally eliminate the DP tells me alot personally. It is wrong and offensive if he got hurt by a needle prick, I find that twisted when the one guilty commited savage brutal deaths himself onto innocent humans.

| I donīt think that Muhammad would deserve a second chance outside the prison, therefore was it too brutal, heinous & cold blooded what he has done. I remember the game he played with police, the card game. I only think that his execution is not necessary. She doesnīt change anything more as if he would stay for the rest of his life in prison. |

| Andreas, We will have to agree to disagree on this case. I know we could both agree on a visit to a Biergarten and have a tall dark lager beer. Robert

| The reason why i think so is easy to explain: the human life is here the highest protected legal interest and i believe in this philosophy. Cases like this one show how hard it can be to stay humanly, also to individuals who were not while committing the crime. Robert, we donīt need to disagree because your idea with the Biergarten is really fine. |

| I care about human life... and I can tell you that just now the USSC denied a stay for the sniper. He didn't care about the lives he took or ruined. His execution is set for tomorrow by lethal injection.

| I know what i mean i dont think anyone else will but anyway here goes lol. I would normally feel the same way LWOP is better, but his killings were too random, no particular sex. religion, he didnt rape then kill. you cant tell who he would be willing to kill again, which makes him very dangerous. other inmates and guards have to be protected, i know you have the shu or whatever but that in my mind still isnt safe enough.
