Are phone calls to DR prisoners at polunsky unit allowed? I'm from Germany? And what about ad.seg? there still?

No one is permitted to call inmates.

General population inmates are beginning to be allowed to phone out to friends and family who are on their visitation lists and who have registered with Embarq. Some units already have the phones in and working, others should all be up and running by September. Overseas calls, and calls to Alaska and Hawaii are not permitted. Calls to remote numbers unless you are a US citizen are not permitted. Calls to cell phones are not permitted.

You would be better off cutting out the articles you want your pal to see from the newspaper, rather than sending whole sheets. There is no limit to the amount of mail an inmate can receive but there are limits on the kinds of items they can recieve.

DR and Ad Seg inmates do not have phone priviledges.
