Default Supreme Court won't halt D.C. sniper's execution

Washington (CNN) -- The Supreme Court refused Monday to block the execution of John Allen Muhammad, the mastermind of the sniper team that terrified the suburbs of the nation's capital in October 2002.

Known as the D.C. Sniper, Muhammad is scheduled for execution Tuesday evening at a state prison near Jarratt, Virginia.

Sorry to say this but many people in Virginia an Maryland are glad and now can breathe easier with him being put to death due to his terror he caused years ago. Can you imagine how they felt going to get gas in their vehicles and not knowing if you were going to be shot and killed?

I think so many do not realize the terror this man did over a multi-state area.

I believe this execution was just and was one that needed to be carried out.
