Shows that person has no conscience for life itself. is extremely dangerous. Will blow someone or ones away in the blink of an eye.

The family of the clerk may think it is a hienous crime though. And that's where things get sticky, in the emotive language used, both inside courts and outside.

To many people, my husband committed a hienous crime. To his family, it was an understandable crime to a point, though not all the family feel that way. The terms "hienous" and "cold-blooded killer" are used a lot to try and distinguish degrees of murder, but in many cases, they dont really help.

Heinous crime to me is, not just the manner of the death of an innocent person, but the rational too of the death, can come into play, over a beer or say a quarter?

Cold blooded to me means the same as above. Over nothing really at the end of it all.

Some crimes are understandable, not this one., either way it fell. Even if the store owner killed an unarmed person stealing a can of beer, is crazy too.

I can understand how in the heat of an argument a fight can break out and become deadly.

I can understand how adrenaline and emotions combined can go too far.

But I don't understand how the need for tangible items such as beer, money, etc... can push someone to kill an innocent person.

It is hard for me to understand how tangible things are more important than the human life.

Indeed, it´s hard to understand. The same counts for a cold-blooded planned murder (for instance to cash up a life insurance payment). Such people are dangerous because they don´t value a human life.
