I live in TX and think this is egregious. Waiting for the outcome, hope she's booted off the bench, disbarred and then brought up on Criminal Negligence charges, let alone Civil charges.

Am i right that yesterday a public trial against Mrs. Keller before a Special Master of the Texas Supreme Court has started ? Is it right that the State Commission on Judicial Conduct had intended formal proceedings against Mrs. Keller including that trial ? Am i right that after factfindings the Special Master will give the result back to the commission therewith she could decide whether she recommends a removal of Mrs. Keller from office by the Supreme Court, or whether she dismissed the case ?

No one just picks up phone and calls a in their office This is real life not "Law and Order" on TV .

If she could not say talk to judge Johnson she abused her power and denied Richard the right of appeal .The state has a burden to meet also . despite what some pros might think .
