Default Health/execution

i know that there was a guy once he had a heart attack on the way to be executed, instead of letting him die, he got sent to hospital made better and they executed him a few weeks later,
so Im i thinking right that you have to be 100% healthy to be executed?
would they still execute men with illnesses that comes with old age?

I have heard similar tales, and I don't understand the logic.

nope i dont understand it either, they moan about how much it costs to executed someone, when i heard about the guy who had a heart attack, to me it shouted that its about revenge not justice, if the whole point is they have to die why not just let him die of the heart attack, not that i wanted him to die of the heart attack but i hope you get my point.

Can't understand because there is no logic to it, or passion.

The law states it is illegal to attempt suicide, and every attempt be made to save that person, there are no extending laws as to who/where or why.

It would be illegal for them to allow a death, or not attempt to save a life.
, but that law apply's to those in care of, or around that person to save the life if possible. DR inmate or not, the law applys.

It will make no sense it is not emotional, but the ones responsible for that person have to go by the law, anyone who is considered suicidal has to be protected from themselves.

.
Does not seem rational for for those circumstances, yet they are protected by the law, until the execution then the law says, this date and time.

Hi to both, not regular posters showing up today been awhile .

Reminds me where is UKgal? Great thread UK
