DR serial killers are not insane they plot and intend to kill which means they know what they are doing. Victims are often innocent and vulnerable the killer wants the control of life over death of an individual.

When interviewing them or study them, when speaking of their victims the do not see them as humans. Coldly and calmly tell of how the slaughtered them or where their bodies are like reciting a simple grocery list instead.
They actually did a study on Gacy's brain and found it to be a normal brain, no one yet understands what creates these monsterous acts from them.
Almost always killers are men, victims mostly are women, children. Gacy and Dahmer targets were gay young men/boys

These type of serial killers cannot be rehabilitated, or some who murder in heinous ways do have one thing in common, they do not view others as human.

This may sound far out there, but if they study the brain like in Gacy, and found normal. Many almost all appear normal even charming, even intelligent not all from problem backgrounds or a drug abuse connection.
Maybe they seem human, but they do lack a human soul or spirit or whatever completes the human, things we cannot see or are tangible???

Back to groupies, how the heck can they glorify or fight over remains of them after executed. What makes them think if that monster yes monster could he would not kill them too? They do not see them as human either, jst talk.
Yet,these groupies say he is human don't judge him, glorify him Unreal !!!!!! Please stop defending them and do judge them anyone sane and with morals would, thats why they are on DR.. Not innocent in these case's.

Jon has a theory on these, women "groupies". The women are the same as those men, only they have not commited the crime, they think the same just cannot do the actual act themselves. Or say they met outside and their psych matches up and they feed off one another, can then commit heinous crimes together if given the opportunity. Yet the women may not be able to w/o him involved with her.

It's almost a wicked attraction, and as history goes it can be a deadly one.

There are so many cases where it was a couple and one fueled the others sick desires.

I think to an extent anyone who can glorify horrific crimes especially rape and murder of women and children has to have sick tendencies themselves.

I can not understand how anyone can glorify these heinous acts. It takes a sick individual to do so.

You are right when you said that killers like Bundy, Gacy, Dahmer or the West family were able to plan what they do. They are so called "organized killers". Some of them enjoy feelings of arrogance and power when they play their cat and mouse game with police. They are no people one of us would love. Prof. Stone and Robert Ressler go a step further to search for the reasons of such developments inside a human. Their conclusion is that their soul could be heavily hurt or ill or both, i share this opinion. That´s why it´s easy to recognize a cry for help when they play their games.
That those individuals are too dangerous to live in the free world, i have no doubt about. But i also see no reason to kill them. Their future should be the prison, when they are healed from what they suffer. It means the first stage should be a psychiatric facility. When they become no longer a menace for the COs then they could return to normal prisons, no matter how long it would take.
