This is an interesting interview he did.

Tomorrow on 10 th September at 6 pm (isn`t it ?) they
will kill Charlie. Does anyone know what time it is in Germany by then ?
I wish I could be there for him...

There's still hope he might get a stay- so remain positive!

I can never really or would never really like to say if someone is really innocent as clearly I am not in a position too. I reread the interview Charles gave and if all he said is correct than he was using an ATM machine just minutes before the actual murder took place. That was in the interview he gave which I passed on earlier in the thread, well the link.

We all can never know the actual truth, we can trust in our penpals or loved ones for friends innocence but we are never certain if they are innocent or not. We also read alot about how trials are performed in texas so who to believe??? I don't know, but this thought always enters my mind when we see an execution scheduled.

Just for one minute imagine you are innocent and been dragged into a room, strapped on a gurney and knowing you are innocent and there is nothing you or anyone else can do to stop this execution from happening.

I read that in 2005 Charles came within 4 minutes of another execution before he go a stay from the govenor so, if innocent, he knows now what he faces till tommorrow.

I often wonder if they have claimed innocence which I have to admit I would do to fight for my life and I would lie my socks off too, would at finally at the very last minute accept my fate because I knew I was guilty but even than surely our inner instinct is to fight death.

Alot of food for thought when I read up on a pending execution .

My pal never claimed innocence, he admited to killing the fella but claimed it was not a contract killing so he took responsibility for taking a life which I am sure made his going alot easier to cope with but being innocent..... wouldnt you be insane during those final hours????

I don`t know wether he is innocent or not but I learned to like him. I think
that if you see some good in every person, you are walking towards harmony
and that`s what I try to do. I think there are dark aspects in every person
aswell. I guess I`m a lil bit of almost everything:

happy, sad, friendly, grumpy,virgin, *****, angel, sinner, doubter, believer,
victim, annoying, sharp tongued, gentle, silly, trustworthy, faithful, stupid,
intelligent, witty, slow, successful, lazy, caring, indifferent, diligent....

It`s as if our mind was a puzzle...
