That is why I would take the firing squad, over one bullet to the head. Many survived that and not good.

Well that’s true, but given Wolf's post, nearly all of these methods are not fool proof in any way shape or form. It seems to me the bullet into the brain is the least complicated and requires fewer mechanisms to perform correctly and there is only really the problem of human error. I would hope whoever the executioner was would have an extra bullet in the chamber to act as a back up in the event something did not penetrate or nerves were not properly severed. But IDEALLY I hope none of us EVER need to make an actual choice like this. Gosh!

You need to listen to what Troy Kell is actually saying, I don't believe he is trying to get attention with chosing the firing squad. He is saying executions are violent and should be carried out as such or something to that effect.

Lethal injection has been proven to be a very painful way to die, because the second unrequired drug renders the person immobile so he cant express any pain.

It is just more comfortable for the people carrying it out and the witnesses not the inmate, but hey, who cares is the general opinion.

Personally I would chose firing squad over lethal injection, I cannot imagine being in huge amounts of pain and not able to move or express or show that I am in pain.

When vetinarians euthanise animals they dont use the second drug, so why do the department of corrections.
