I believe we are born pure due to how we are raised our enviorment the trama in our lives how we are treated it shapes who we will become. we are spiritual beings living the human experiance at least thats what i think .

I believe nature and nurture have a lot to do with the out come of a persons development, so therefore it can produce people that "society" have deemed "evil."

if you take a puppy and you love it teach it right from wrong reward its good behavior and scold it in the right way when its bad socialize it , feed it give it water and treats no matter the gene pool of the puppy it will become a good dog
if you take a puppy and neglect it beat it when its bad dont bring it around other animals or people never give it love or praise you have got a vicious animal on your hands when its older
thats the only example i can think of they are pack animals the same can be compared to people you add bad genes and your in trouble the sad part is they may still be loyal to their owner no matter what that person has done wrong to them but are bad with other animals and people you see this with humans as well some good animals well trained and kept do go very bad its in their blood and years of breeding so this example can be well agured over in people perhaps a chemical disorder ? good thread lul and i think its a question that scientist and religon has been asking for centerys i dont think we will ever know

Well, I suppose to avoid all possible miscommunications and misunderstandings we should define 'evil' but for every definition of the word I have ever heard - no, people are not born evil.

Many people are in Prison because they got involved in illegal drugs, then
spiral out of control doing really awful things. A halfway decent person may start out being bored and wanting an inexpensive good time.

Even so, how evil is evil? Some people would steal thier mother's engagement ring, Dads or other persons favorite thing or all of their money.

Judas went to the lowest place in Hell for turning in a close pal beloved
in his circle to be tortured to death for a tidy some of money.

What has not been taught today is the act of Judas was more diffucult to understand and disgusting then theft and homicide until modern times.

How low someone would stoop if in a jam or offered enough money
can sometimes define evil. Some of the worst evil is difficult to comprehend other then that it happens.

i do not believe ppl are born evil. I believe that circumstances may cause a person to do bad things. I hope that makes sense.

at the risk going against most peoples anti dealth peneltys opinion on the forum I i do believe in the death penelty depending on the case. as far as Judas i have a whole other belief system on him as well i had to kinda chuckle that you asked if i believe in that or not it must have been my example of dogs that gave you that impression

Writing to pps has reinforced what my Mother taught me - that you have to be careful who your friends are and who you hang out with. It seems that so many of their problems began with hanging out with the wrong people and then one thing led to another and before they knew it, they heard the bars slam behind them.

I also think their home environment and the treatment they receive has a very strong influence on them.

I don't think people are born with an "evil" gene.
