Hello everyone, I recieved an e-mail mentioning that I hadnt been around for quite sometime and I was touched that I was missed...so here I am, an update if you like....

It's been a very long time since I posted here, I am currently trying desperaely to finish the new house (now three years in the making) and to be honest I am just about worn out with the whole project...Contractors, Plumbers, Electricians, Architects, Planning Officials et al have rendered me a nervous wreck...but I am almost there and hope that my life will soon be back on track... The main delay came from a contractor who vanished with £40,000 thats about $80,000 and was never seen again, the police are involved but there is no sign of him and I suspect that he is overseas posibbly in Spain...I doubt I will ever see that money again so I have to let it go and move on...

Due to the above I have not worked in over two years having to be on site most of the time, monitoring the works, ordering materials, dealing with all the little problems that arise when a new house is built...

So thats my life in a nut shell...it has been a rollercoaster ride and I shall be very happy to get moved in...

Apart from that I am fine, I do miss coming here and posting, I see lots of the old regular faces here and plenty of new ones as well. I hope that you are all well and happy and that life is being kind...I will try to be a more regular contributor in the future...I just need to get settled...then God willing all will be well

I wondered how you have been with the animals and house. It seems that house is taking forever to complete, and no wonder with the added dramas of someone taking the cash and skipping town without completing their job. I hope the long arm of the Law catches up with those involved and they pay the price. Also hope the end of the road for house renovations and building is near and all runs smoothly.
