The last time I was bellyaching to one of my pen pals about how I know I was getting ripped off at my job making ONLY $15 hour (this was a pretty big cut for me), my pen pal told me he makes $.17/hour to sweat doing welding all day and asked me if THAT made me feel any better and I told him that indeed it had. He's very funny in a quiet way most times where my boyfriend is right there in your face with the jokes and all.

My son thinks he would LOVE to live in Canada. I think it's too cold. Now if Canada was SOUTH of the U.S. I might consider it.

Overcast days are precisely what I DON'T like. I have a friend in Portland Oregon and that was too close to the Seattle rain I've heard so much about. I want SUNSHINE. Summers here are tough - lots of rain, but it's daily in the afternoon and then done. Florida has the most sunny days in the U.S. We are the Sunshine state. I love it here.

Really sorry to hear about your job, What a bad time of year to be out of work..even worse that you genuinely enjoyed it too...that's a rarity! I'm sure whatever you put your mind to, you'll make a success of
Unemployment over here is rife, especially the town i live in where the big Honda plant got closed down, they just let 3,000 people go!

I know. That's why I really don't even plan to LOOK for a job. I should be able to get unemployment and I'm going to use that while I build my business.

I got into this business called Pure Romance. Female sexuality and wellness products. Very tastefully packaged and presented and the company is GREAT! I had experience with a company like this before and they have NOTHING on Pure Romance. PR offers great incentives and training. My upline is currently on a trip to Hawaii that she won through the company. If you do what they tell you there is money to be made with this company, but the hardest part is getting STARTED. Getting that first party. Once I get that squared away I know it will get better, but I am still reeling from the loss of my job so my feet feel like they're glued in place. Every day I try to do SOMETHING even if it is just read over the literature. I'm just trying to make myself READY to take action because this new bout of unemployment scares the hell out of me. I was unemployed at this time last year also. Stupendous.
