Two Men Fleeing Texas Deputies Fall Off Cliff

SAN ANTONIO --
Two men trying to flee from Medina County sheriff's deputies were hospitalized Monday night when they fell off a 30-foot cliff.
The men were taken to University Hospital, law enforcement authorities said. One of them suffered a head injury and the other a dislocated shoulder.
The pair made a run for it when deputies approached them at a picnic area north of Hondo on FM 173. The men then jumped a fence and fell off the cliff.
