Actually.... you can.

I believe some cases are so heinous there is no other option, and for the dp to be carried out it has to be proved with 100% certainty that the convicted is guilty.

But for non-heinous crimes, I don't believe it should apply.

Well I'm anti-death penalty but for certain offenders I wouldn't lose any sleep if they were put to death. Having said that, personally speaking, if I was facing life in prison without the possibility of parole then I would much prefer a swift visit to the gurney.

and there are many prisoners that have life, that also feel this way.

I dont get it, a lady who brings in drugs, trafficking is looking at being hung, and this these too get 33 years. boy this system sure does stink
