From what I have heard, the nasal spray is safer than the injection. The injection may include Thiomersal. Thiomersal is being taken out of all vaccines in the US but on the slow side. Many people blame the additive for autism.
It was used in saline solution for contact lenses and the one time I used it my eyes got all red and infected. Thus I am alergic to Thiomersal.
