 Falsely accused of rape. This is staring to happen frequently. Rape is a horrid crime but to tell a falsehood about being raped is a horrid crime as well. This woman needs to spend time in prison. | Re: Falsely accused of rape. Watching CNN tonight and the woman will not face prison time. She only gets 250 hours of community service plus an admission of guilt. This does not seem fair, here she put 4 innocent men through hell and she gets a slap on the wrist. She should be doing time.

| Re: Falsely accused of rape. Her name was protected, now it will be out there, she may have much to face right there. Men will have trouble trusting her to date, Women get upset for many reasons on this issue of what she did too. Hopefully she learned a good lesson, and will not be too harshly judged, thank goodness she spoke the truth before they went to prison, or never at all.....
