how can this be done to a defenceless child, never mind your own flesh and blood, i only know what i have read on these posts about this case, and must say it would be a negative result , but i cant judge, as i am only getting partial views from people here, she should be held responsible for leaving it so long , even though it was a grandparent who reported it, was she on drugs??? just a thought that came into my mind

Nancy Grace was forced to retract that statement . When Anthony's Jail account was made public . she has not received tons of money mostly it has come from her family . Ms Grace is a entertainer not disbarred prosecutor facing many lawsuits . I wish people would not use her as a source of of information .Can this woman be found guilty before she gets any punishment ?

i hate to say this ase, but i cant really see anybody going on her side, it is definatly unjust, and media orientated,the prosecution will leak it on tv,paper and prob radio, to justify their means,
ive always believed prosecuters were paid bonuses for the high profile cases they win, isnt that the way they climb up the ladder???

I to wonder if it is a good idea for them to stay silent

Wolf If I was one her attorneys , i would drill it into her head shut the F up and stay that way. Do not talk to any one at all about your case . It is usually poor defense tactics and strategy to say much in public . That way you can always try for a mistrial based on the inability to get a fair trail . And the state trying her in the media .

Very rarely does it work to the accused s benefit make public statements . They might via other sources try to get their side of the story out but not often . Then that gives the state a insight in to what kind of defense they are putting on . In trail it is better to "ambush" the state . Trails are about winning and losing not justice as we would like to think .
