Default Childless man freed after serving time for child support violations

Maybe I am not understanding this, but are they making him pay child support even though it's not his child?

The mother should actually be made to pay him back.

This again is one of those things, that is all backwards to me. The mother of the child owes him back money, so does the state. Grrrrr

So unbelievably assinine! Someone, in the court system, should be taken to task for this.
