I think I remember reading about that case. Wasn't it in Hawaii and it was a rape/murder of a young woman? Im not sure if I am confusing two cases though because I dont remember all the details. Really horrible case....

The American Justice version compared to your link seemed a little different, one about his brother. AJ said that Pauline went to police first to make a deal for his brother. I thought that is what I saw on the show, and then when he confessed, he was charged, then the state gave the brother the deal to testify, and a couple other things.

Oh I don’t know. I kind of remember the case but only vaguely. I recall it being a big media circus momentarily. So I’m not sure. That site seems fairly complete but you never can tell. He was not a likeable person, that’s for sure. If you look further down there are the links for the rest of the case details. It’s in sections. That’s why I felt it was fairly detailed and objective. I’m sure someone would argue that of course as with any criminal investigation…

Pauline was, and is a walking time bomb. I was just interested in the deal making process. If Pauline never killed anyone that is only because it never has happened yet. I was interested in the immunity process why he was not concerned for his hide, or the girl from yesterdays link her hide.Pauline
