Xray48 I just had to address and console you in your sorrow with regards to the tragic ending of someone you seem to have cared so much about. Your compelling articulate writing describing this 63 years old woman and her case is clearly painful, even to me.

I find what you say about this particular injustice not only painful, but
disgusting because she was subjected -- as I understand -- to a double
standard of justice. One for the Rich and one for the Poor. Unable to pay
$80,000 upfront for a fair trial, ultimately had to pay with her life.

I am not surprise by the shyster lawyer who sold this woman out at
trial, what baffles me is the amount of money involved here. I guess
this adds to my confusion of just in what year are you talking about.
I understand you would want to avoid some personal information, but
what you tell me makes me understand that these same instances in
many prisoners lives today still exist, be it in a courtroom or in the
prisoners themselves.

xray48, if you read my latest entry of Texas Prison System pt. 2, all
you need to do is do the math. I talk about my initiation to prison life
in 1956. It is a beginning of a free fall spiral into prison life that ended
several years through love and understanding of one person...my wife.
What you have read is just a teaser of what I want to bring into this
world of hand wringing women who suffer in despair and worries about
their loved ones in prison. Things never change behind closed doors.

Those same shysters and crooked wardens and prisoner officials are
there. As long as prisons exists, torture, pain and even death will come
into our homes. I am so sorry about your loved one xray48, I really am.
I have seen your pain many many times. I want to raise awareness in
this forum as time goes by, that nothing is gained by worrying and by
wringing your hands. Actions make changes.

Peanut2, No!
It is not a book. Flattered yes. book no!

Naw, seriously Peanut2, if I had taken even the smallest remote idea
that I wanted my writing to become a book, or wanted to set it as my
stage to launch one, I would surely had been stupid not to protect my
materials. You know what I`m saying -- like invoking copyrights protection?

No Peanut2, I want to share with the public my life behind bars and
barb wire. Oh, and gun towers, and guards holding a shotgun to my
back while I pick cotton on their cotton fields.

I want to make my writing the property of WAP to use as it pleases.
Anyone can use my materials as a source of any information they please.

Why am I getting this paranoid feeling that I am here for personal
gain, can you help me here?

I tripped out when I note you are in Texas!

If you know dude called "Vago" in those days....PM me Lulu..I hope its
you.
Thanks for your comment.

Peanut2, girl, thanks for such nice encouragement and assurance. you
were one of the first persons to welcome me to this website.

I immediately saw in your words then that you were not just any old
ordinary kind of nut. I know now I was right, besides you are not the
one that made me paranoid.

But I think you speak for the forum. That is enough for me...Thanks

Rolando, I think you should see the multiple quetion: is it a book? as a compliment.
I think it means people think you write it the right way
(I know it's not for a book so that wasn't a question )

CindyJ it is well documented here at WAP that I have made my material
the property of WAP and anyone who wishes to use my writing anyway
they chose. I have no copy right protection invoked.

Please feel free to use any part or parts you wish any way you wish. You
are a member here so it is your material. I see no problem whatsoever.
