Thug hugger is a pejorative used by the so called tough on crime types to denigrate any one who thinks the current criminal justice system is any thing but a astounding success ! Is critical of cops and prosecutors when they break the law , try to win at all cost and most importantly convict innocent people . Or wants to change the criminal justice sytrem to make it fair and actually rehabilitate prisoners . Oh yeah those who want to legalize drugs so there is less crime .

Yes if you are successful and attractive it is impossible to write prisoners .
