I hope someone can answer this, I was on a friends visiting list here in fla for a few years, he got out of prison and 1 year later he is back in, I am trying to get on another friends visiting list but here in fl you can only be on 1 inmate list, my question is would i still be on the 1st friends list still, he was out for close to a year and just recently went back in, I am getting ready to fill out visiting form and it ask if u are on any other inmate visiting list, not sure if i am or not being that my friend was out for almost a year, fl is very tough on this, i am not sure how to answer this question, i dont know if that list follows them around after a year out or if they have to fill out all over again, which being fl is my guess, but if anyone has any input on this i would really appreciate it.

I would recomend to just ring the prison and ask them havent read any thread like that in here all the best.

I think it would be best to call the prison and ask what they do with visiting forms from released inmates who later enter the facility again. In any case, I would mention it on the form, just to be safe. If you get denied for being on another inmate's form, you can always request to be taken off. It's better than lying or acting like you didn't know and them finding out later on...
